We have received numerous inquiries regarding how to update payment details for your Property Deals Insight account. We're happy to inform you that the process is now easier than ever!
You can now update your payment card information quickly and securely from your My Account area.
There is a new
section "Manage Your Billing and Payment Details"
that allows your to instantly access your payment portal to view past invoices and update your payment card details. Please use the email address associated with
your billing account.
Please note that we do not save your card details and you'll be directed to update your payment card directly with our payment processor, Stripe. From there, you can also view your past invoices.
