House Price vs House Yield
The house price is the total property cost. This includes the purchase price, closing fees, and other expenses like renovation costs.
The yield refers to the return on your investment (percentage return on all the money you spent).
Here's a quick yield computation sample:
Property Cost: £140,000
Monthly Rent: £600
Yield = Annual Rent / Property Cost
£600 x 12 = £7,200 Annual Rent
£7,200 / £140,000% = 5.1
The yield will be 5.1%:
